Human Resource Generalist
Position Overview:
The HR Generalist will play a critical role in supporting various HR functions to ensure smooth and efficient HR operations. This position involves hands-on responsibility in key areas such as onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, performance management, and recruitment.
The ideal candidate will possess a broad knowledge of HR practices and will be skilled at building relationships across departments to foster a positive, productive work environment. This role will be based out of our Securitas office in Westborough, MA.

Depending on experience, Securitas will offer a salary of $27 per hour plus a great benefit package that includes:

Key Responsibilities:
- Support onboarding and orientation for new hires.
- Manage employee relations to ensure a positive workplace culture.
- Oversee benefits administration, ensuring accurate enrollment and communication.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and relevant employment laws.
- Assist with performance management processes and employee development.
- Collaborate with recruitment teams to support staffing efforts.
- Ensure management compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Conduct thorough investigations into employee concerns or violations.
- Manage and maintain state licensing requirements for relevant positions.
- Provide coaching and counseling to employees to enhance performance and resolve issues.
- Demonstrate exceptional organizational and time management skills to handle HR tasks effectively.
- Assist with recruitment efforts for office staffing needs.
