We are seeking a vigilant Security Officer to safeguard our facility, personnel, and assets. This role involves active patrolling, conducting security screenings, and monitoring surveillance systems. Ideal candidates possess a strong customer service orientation, attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm under pressure. Prior experience with access control systems is preferred. Flex Officers will gain a broad, specialized knowledge of various high-profile posts & will be evaluated for leadership & further growth potential.
Typical Flex Officer Objectives:
- Conduct thorough security screenings, including bag checks and metal detector operations.
- Actively patrol the facility on foot, maintaining a visible presence.
- Monitor surveillance cameras to identify and respond to potential threats.
- Enforce company security policies and procedures consistently.
- Respond promptly and effectively to alarms, emergencies, and incidents.
- Provide exceptional customer service to visitors, employees, and clients.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
- Work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
- Adhere to strict protocols regarding cell phone usage while on duty.

Flex Officer Requirements:
- 21 years of age or older.
- High School Diploma OR GED.
- Intermediate computer / technology skills needed.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Conflict resolution & de-escalation skills preferred.
- Customer service background preferred.
- Must be comfortable conducting access control duties.
- Must have reliable means of transportation & communication.
- 1 Year Security experience.
All candidates must be able to pass extensive drug test & background check.
