Pay: $50,346.40/year
Schedule: 16 HPW as Operations Supervisor in the branch office & 24 HPW as post holding field support

Responsibilities:
- Conducts security officer new hire orientation
- Mentors supervisors
- Holds post at various sites as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older
- Knowledge of security operations with an emphasis on patrol, inspection, and response services
- Good organizational skills
- High results orientation
- Must have previous security and management experience
- Must have good communication and problem solving skills
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and have strong computer skills
- Strong de-escalation skills are required
- Must have professional appearance and able to adapt to change
- Valid Drivers License and clear driving record needed
Note: All candidates must be able to pass a drug test and background check.
