What You’ll Do: As a Security Site Supervisor, you'll oversee the daily security operations, ensuring the safety of staff and visitors. You’ll supervise security officers, handle security issues, and ensure smooth operations. Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise security personnel, ensuring post orders are followed and required rounds are completed.
- Train, coach, and mentor security officers, ensuring they are equipped to handle their assignments.
- Maintain communication with clients and team members to ensure all security needs are met.
- Prepare reports, conduct inspections, and ensure adequate staffing for all posts.
- Handle payroll and personnel information.
- Escalate issues to authorities when necessary, and ensure proper documentation.
