Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Security Specialist to join our security team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security operations and experience handling critical situations. This position offers a night shift differential, with a competitive pay range of $20 to $23 per hour, based on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular security checks and monitor surveillance equipment to detect any suspicious activities.
• Respond to security breaches, alarms, and incidents in a timely and effective manner.
• Implement access control procedures and verify identities of visitors and staff.
• Coordinate with law enforcement and emergency response teams as needed.
• Investigate security incidents and prepare detailed reports.
• Assist in developing and implementing security protocols and training programs.
• Provide security assessments and recommend improvements to enhance safety.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree in Criminal Justice or related field preferred).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in security, law enforcement, or related roles.
• Ability to work night shifts and maintain a high level of alertness.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with security systems, surveillance equipment, and emergency response procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
• Valid security certifications and licenses as required by the state.
