Receptionist
Location: SeaTac, WA (In Office)
Schedule: Monday – Friday / 8:00am – 5:00pm
Pay: $21.00/hour
We have an AMAZING OPPORTUNITY for a front desk admin assistant based in our SeaTac, WA office. This position is responsible for supporting the HR Team and operations with greeting individuals, answering phones, on-boarding, recruiting, administrative items along with other miscellaneous tasks that may arise. If you are looking to get into Human Resources, this may be the position for you!
To ensure success in this role, the ideal candidate should demonstrate excellent active listening and communication skills, good personal presentation, politeness and tact, and be able to function in a high-pressure environment.

Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years of age.
- Must have reliable means of communication & transportation.
- Must have the legal right to work in the USA.
- Must have the ability to read, speak and write English.
- Must have a High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
- Detail orientated and good organizational skills.
- Must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug and background.
