What are the responsibilities and job description for the Reserve Security Officer $20.25+/hr position at Securitas Security Services?
Securitas Security Services is looking for part time/per diem/ full time security professionals in the West Greenwich area.
Contingency Officers fill an essential role at the site, but receiving training in all areas, and having a flexible schedule to cover various needs at the site. Contingency officers receive hourly paid in line with what current role they are fill on shift, and hours per week can vary.
- Provide coverage for expected/planned schedule gaps, as well as last minute, emergency coverage and willingness to adjust to site scheduling needs
- Access control, computer, and phone use
- Alarm response, and ability to fulfill post orders regarding dispatch and escalation
- May require foot patrol 30 – 45 min interior and exterior, and vehicle patrol
- Vigilant observation of surroundings
- Customer service
- Computer skills, intermediate
- Upholding client expectations on site
- Writing incident reports and daily activity reports
Requirements:
- Security experience required: 1 year
- Customer service experience: 1-2 years
- CPR, First Aid, AED training
- High school diploma, GED, equivalent or above
- Must be 18 years or older
- Second interview
