In this role you will provide operational support to our cliental. Reserve Officers will gain a broad, specialized knowledge of various high-profile posts & will be evaluated for leadership & further growth potential.
Typical Reserve Officer Objectives:
- Provide security for short-term special security assignments.
- Support staffing requirements at accounts during shortages due to vacations, call-offs, no shows, holidays, etc.
- Assist in start-ups at new accounts which includes working the site & training newly assigned permanent Security Officers.
- Weekend and holiday availability needed.
- Provide high level customer service to our clients & their guests.

Reserve Security Officer Requirements:
- 18 years of age or older.
- High School Diploma OR GED.
- Standard computer / technology skills needed.
- Conflict resolution & de-escalation skills preferred.
- Customer service background preferred.
- Must be comfortable conducting access control duties.
- Must have reliable means of transportation & communication.
- Able to patrol for extended periods of time.
- Valid Arizona Driver's License and clean driving record.
- Open Availability/Able to work any shift.
All candidates must be able to pass a drug test & background check.
