Retail Security Officer – Full Time

Location: Gillette WY
Rate: $17.00/HR
Available Schedules:
- Sun, Mon, Thurs: 3PM - 11PM & Fri - Sat: 4PM - 11PM (38 Hours Per Week)
- Sun: 4PM - 11PM, Mon: 7PM - 11PM, Tues: 6PM - 11PM, & Wed: 5PM - 11PM (22 Hours Per Week)
- Sun: 7PM - 11PM, Mon - Tues: 3PM - 11PM, Weds: 11AM - 5PM, & Thurs: 11AM - 3PM (30 Hours Per Week)
- Mon: 11AM - 3PM, Tues: 11AM - 6PM, & Wed - Thurs: 11AM - 3PM (19 Hours Per Week)

What Your Day May Look Like:
- Conflict resolution and De-escalation.
- Secure entrances / patrol inside and outside the client’s premises.
- Frequent interactions with client employees and guests.
- Identify and report safety issues or hazardous conditions.
- Clearly and quickly report any suspicious activity.
- Provide detailed written witness reports.

Position Requirements:
- 18 years of age or older.
- High School Diploma or GED Required.
- Standard computer / technology skills needed.
- Customer service background preferred.
- Security experience a plus.
- Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a professional manner.
- Must be able to conduct patrols throughout shift.
- Must have great attention to detail and have the ability to remain vigilant throughout shift.
