Security Account Manager – Now Hiring!
Location: Portland, OR
Rate: $28.84/hour
Schedule: Mon-Fri 0900-1800
Securitas plays an essential role for our clients and in society. The Account Manager position helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by managing the security services and related operations provided to an assigned group of smaller accounts including client service and problem resolution, service enhancement and expansion, new business development, operational effectiveness, preparation of post orders, staffing, scheduling, supervision and training.
Responsibilities:
- Manages officer scheduling and payroll
- Writes and edits post orders
- Trains new employees
- Acts as a liaison between client and District Manager
- Performance management for officers and supervisor

Position Requirements:
- 18 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or GED Required
- Strong computer / technology skills needed
- Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a professional manner
- Must be able to conduct patrols throughout shift
- Strong Leadership/Security Experience
- Strong customer service and ability to speak in group settings
- Must be available 24/7 to respond to emergency situations, possibly help stand post if necessary
- Must be able to obtain DPSST certification
- Must have longevity in work history
