Lead Security Officer – Paid Weekly!
Location: Hillsboro, OR
Rate: $23.00/hour
Available Schedules:
- Sat/Sun 0800-1600 & Mon/Tue 1600-0000
- Mon-Fri 0600-1400

The Lead Officer maintains the security and safety of the client site by supporting and providing their Security Officers clear guidance and leadership. If you have experience in the security industry and want to take the next step in your career you could be a great fit for this role; if not, this is an exciting introduction to a career in the security industry.
What Your Day May Look Like:
- Conflict resolution and De-escalation
- Secure entrances / patrol inside and outside the client’s premises
- Frequent interactions with client employees and guests
- Identify and report safety issues or hazardous conditions
- Clearly and quickly report any suspicious activity

Position Requirements:
- 18 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or GED Required
- Strong computer / technology skills needed
- Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a professional manner
- Must be able to walk and stand for long periods of time
- Must have prior leadership and front desk experience
- Strong customer service skills and experience needed
