Job Duties:
- Answer and relay incoming calls to appropriate personnel.
- Report and take immediate action of situations posing a risk to the business, property or personnel.
- Check personnel, contractors, service technicians, and vendors for proper authorization to enter.
- Patrol campus and buildings, monitoring for conditions or situations which pose a risk to the safety/security.
- Respond to emergencies - medical, chemical spills, fire evacuations.

Position Requirements:
- 18 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or GED Required
- Excellent customer service to co-workers, client employees and customers and vendors.
- Excellent computer skills - Security Access Control System, CCTV, Environmental Management and Control systems, and the fire alarm systems
- Conflict resolution and de-escalation skills a plus
- Valid Driver’s license with clear driving record required
All candidates must be able to pass a drug test and background check
