Rate: $17.00/HR
Shift: Fri & Sat: 2PM - 10PM

Position Requirements:
- 18 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or GED Required
- Must be reliable, accountable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic
- Must have a strong grasp of appropriate and professional verbal / written communication
- Conflict resolution and de-escalation skills a plus
- Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a professional manner
- Must have great attention to detail
- Must have a Colorado Driver's License and a clean driving record
- Intermediate computer / technology skills needed to ensure completion of daily activity reports, logs, via handheld devices and computers
- Must have excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills to assist vendors, general public, co-workers, Client Management, and Office Management
- Must be able to conduct internal / external foot & mobile patrols throughout shift - during various weather conditions - to check for unsafe conditions, hazards, security violations, blocked entrances and exits, mechanical issues, and unauthorized persons
- Must be comfortable with access control and turning away public / visitors that are not permitted on site
- Must have a personal vehicle
- Must be willing to provide additional coverage as needed
- Must be able to work in a team environment to achieve site / organizational goals
- Must be able to meet Pueblo Police Department Guard Card License requirements
- Must be able to respond to emergency situations with rapid / effective judgement and use appropriate escalation / force if required
- Successful candidates will have the ability to remain cognoscente and vigilant during entirety of shift
- Must be comfortable working in a fast paced environment while remaining organized and professional
- Successful candidates will have the ability to interview in Colorado Springs
- Successful candidates will have the ability to attend in-person Orientation/Guard Card class in Colorado Springs
All candidates must be able to pass a drug test and background check
