Security Officer – Full Time
Location: Quincy, IL
Rate: $16.50-$18.50/HR

This position can be up to 80% standing/walking and up to 80% outside including in inclement weather.

Available shift for position will include combination of 1st and 2nd shift and will include weekends, and holidays.
Monday to Friday and/or day shift positions are not available.

Security Officer Minimum Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years of age to qualify for a PERC Security Officer License in the State of Illinois
- Valid Driver's License and clean driving record required. (All our positions will include driver certification)
- Have reliable working communication device (cell phone)
- Have reliable transportation (private transportation is required) (No public transportation is available)
- Willing to participate in the Company's Security Officer pre-employment screening process, including drug screen (mouth swab and/or urinalyses are used) and background investigation (drug screen includes THC)
- Have a High School Diploma or GED or be willing to complete the GED program within six months
- Average to above average computer skills
- Have the legal right to work in the United States
- Ability to speak, read, and write English
- Must be reliable, accountable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic
- Must have a strong grasp of appropriate and professional verbal / written communication
- Conflict resolution and de-escalation skills a plus
- Customer service background preferred
- Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a professional manner
- Must be able to conduct patrols throughout shift
- Must have great attention to detail
- Must be comfortable conducting access control duties
