Job Description:
- Build strong relationships with team members and clients on-site.
- Foster teamwork and cohesion among team members.
- Coach and mentor team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Proficiency in SOC (Security Operations Center) and OneKey systems, conducting training exercises as needed.
- Flexibility to adjust schedules as site issues arise.
- Issue corrective actions when necessary, ensuring team performance meets expectations.
- Meet tight project deadlines effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct interior and exterior patrols, including breaks, emergency responses, escorts, and door unlocks.
- Walk an average of 5-7 miles per shift.
- Control building access, enforce proper badge protocols, perform sitting and standing duties.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Security, Military, or Law Enforcement.
- 2 years of management experience preferred.
- Ability to handle physical demands, including walking long distances.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
