JOB SUMMARY:
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the Security Escort Request (SER) and scheduling teams to ensure accurate, on-time workforce coverage across high-security High-rise and low-rise sites.
Lead weekly forecasting and scheduling efforts, including long-range planning and shift optimization to minimize overtime and prevent weekend-only coverage gaps.
Develop and maintain dynamic scheduling templates, trackers, and reporting systems using Excel, Quip, and Smartsheets.
Implement automation initiatives to streamline administrative tasks including ticket transcription, variance tracking, data reporting, and guard notifications.
Partner with leadership to design scalable systems that support team growth and enhance operational efficiency.
Generate weekly and monthly operational reports to track staffing variance, missed hours, and performance metrics.
Support employee experience initiatives by mentoring Operations Managers and promoting cross-functional skill development.
Serve as point of contact for process improvement initiatives, supporting security operations through scalable, tech-driven solutions.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Security Management, Criminal Justice, or a related field (preferred).
4 years of experience in project management, corporate security, or risk management.
PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
Strong understanding of security principles, crisis management, and risk mitigation.
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, or Trello).
MINIMUM HIRING STANDARDS:
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have a reliable means of communication (i.e., pager or phone).
• Must have a reliable means of transportation (public or private).
• Must have the legal right to work in the United States.
• Must have the ability to speak, read, and write English.
• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
Education/Experience: Associate’s Degree and 1 year of responsible experience in the security industry and/or business management, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job, as determined by the company. Additional relevant experience can be substituted for the required education on the basis of one calendar year of experience for one academic year of education.

• If required for assigned account, must be able to meet and continue to meet any applicable state, county and municipal licensing requirements for Security Officers.
