Public Transit Security Officer – $1000 Hiring Bonus!
Location: Vancouver, WA
Rate: $23.00-$23.30/hour $1000 Hiring Bonus
Available Schedules:
- Wed-Sun 1700-0100
- Sat-Wed 1400-2200
- Fri-Sat 1700-0100, Sun 1400-2200 & Mon-Tue 1200-2000
- Wed-Sun 1200-2000

Job Duties:
- Works on public transit buses and bus stop platforms with the general public
- Will respond to incidents as needed, have authority to remove people from the bus

Position Requirements:
- 18 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or GED Required
- Standard computer / technology skills needed
- Must be able to walk and stand for long periods of time
- Experience de-escalating difficult situations needed
- Strong customer service and excellent communication skills needed
- Must work well under pressure and be comfortable interacting with difficult people
- Valid Drivers License and clear driving record required
- Level 3 officer - military/security/law enforcement background preferred
