Financial Analyst - Commercial Finance

Responsibilities

• Build commissions plans/quotas
• Conduct monthly-close related tasks related to commissions accruals
• Prepare and administer monthly statements and submit for payment
• Proactively advise on process and efficiency improvements
• Collaborate with business leadership, Sales, Finance/Controllership, and Human Resources
• Support other Commercial Finance activities
  
  
  

Requirements

Education:

• Four-year business or finance degree required
  
  
  

Experience

• 2 years of financial analyst experience with an operating company, of which 1-2 should be in commercial finance or variable compensation
• Prior experience with a publicly traded company preferred
• Experience presenting to executive management teams
• Experience in fast-change environment

• Strong analytical skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Strong interpersonal & communication skills; ability to work across all functions
  
  
  

Computer Proficiency

• MS Office knowledge & advanced Excel skills required
• Salesforce.com knowledge required

Travel

• 10% of time
