As the Site Survey & Subcontractor Coordinator for Securitas Technology, you will satisfy client requirements through the coordination of pre-sales site surveys. This is a centralized position ideally located in or near Canton, OH, Fishers, IN, or Elmsford, NY. You will facilitate the success of the sales, service, and operations departments by working closely with all levels of associates and teams and be the focal point for site survey coordination. You will be responsible for receiving, evaluating, coordinating, scheduling, and tracking requests for pre-sales site survey activities.

You will be responsible for receiving, evaluating, coordinating, scheduling, and tracking requests for pre-sales site survey activities.
Job Duties
- Receiving – Receive the pre-sales site survey requests through Securitas Technology’s CRM tool (SFDC)
- Evaluating – A review of the pre-sales survey request to verify information accuracy and validate the need for the visit.
- Establish goals and objectives for the appointment through discussions with the sales representative. Determine the location, job type, value, and complexity of the project to prepare to route the request to the appropriate field resource.
- Coordinating & Scheduling – Work via email and phone with sales support teams, service, operations and approved subcontractors to assign and schedule the survey.
- Tracking – Track survey requests in Smartsheet from request to completion to ensure that surveys take place in a timely fashion, and complete information is relayed back to sales.
- Reporting – Using Securitas Technology’s CRM tool and other methods (Smartsheet, etc.), report weekly activity for all pre-sales survey requests. Provide Securitas Technology Sales and Operations leaders with statistics on backlog, activity levels and delivery rates.
- Subcontractor maintenance – This role will be cross–trained to assist and support the subcontractor team with maintenance of approved subcontractor vetting and updates, as needed.
- Prior experience working with external subcontractors preferred
- Prior experience working as part of a team
- Prior experience working in a professional office environment
- Prior experience as a coordinator/coordination specialist
- High school diploma required, associate’s degree preferred with 1 to 3 years of service and/or installation coordinator experience
- A basic knowledge and understanding of intrusion detection systems, electronic access control, video surveillance systems, fire alarm, and life safety systems
- Extremely detail oriented
- Strong Organizational Skills (section organization, document organization, and team organization)
- Working knowledge of Salesforce.com (SFDC)
- Familiarity of Smartsheet a plus
- Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Problem solving methodology and proven analytical ability
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor under pressure
- Ability to work well with people of varying backgrounds and disciplines
- Ability to maintain flexible attitude, and value team member contributions
- Ability to meet strict deadlines

Salary : $36,000 - $60,000
