Essential Functions :
- Participate in briefings in your area to facilitate routine Standard Operating Procedure refresher training, discuss training initiatives, and post inspection focus areas
- Facilitate and document drills in your area Facilitate CPR recertification as needed
- Perform and document audits on specialists to test skills and knowledge Develops training schedules in conjunction with management
- Provide on-the-spot coaching to specialists as needed
- Document interactions (audits, coaching, and report findings to leadership
- Acts to ensure compliance with legally mandated, contractual, and company mandated training, on-the-job training as required for purposes of certifications and under the terms of client contracts
- Create and update resource materials used in the field - including PowerPoints, handouts, videos, SharePoint pages, etc.
- Cross train with Training and Development Supervisors to serve as a back-up in the event additional support is needed

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AT ENTRY :
Additional qualifications may be specified and receive preference, depending upon the nature of the position.
Education / Experience : Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree or 2 years of military or law enforcement experience. Additional relevant experience can be substituted for the required education based on one calendar year of experience for one academic year of education.
