The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in the execution of comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and conversion.
This Individual will partner with cross-functional teams and generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights for optimization. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, this person will be an Integral member of the marketing team.

Responsibilities :
- Campaign Coordination : Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute digital campaigns across various channels (social media, email, PPC, SEO, etc.).Coordinate timelines, resources, and tasks to ensure smooth campaign campaign performance and provide reports to analyze the effectiveness of each campaign.
- Content Management : Assist in content creation and management across digital platformsEnsure content is aligned brand voice, messaging and SEO and publish content on various platforms, maintaining content calendars.
- Social Media Management : Create, curate, and schedule engaging social media contentMonitor social channels, engage with the audience, and respond to inquiries or social media insights and metrics to optimize content and strategy.
- Email Marketing : Manage email lists, segmentations, and automation in the creation and execution of email marketing campaigns.
Monitor email performance metrics and suggest improvements.
Analytics and reporting : Work with Website Manager to generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights for optimization.

Salary : $37,000 - $75,000
