Join Us as a Global Security Risk Analyst

The Global Security Risk Analyst will play a vital role in collaborating with the Global Security team and other stakeholders. This position is critical in gathering and presenting accurate information to enable effective mitigation of risks impacting our business operations.
This is an on-site role based at our Resilience Center in New York City, requiring three twelve-hour shifts during the business week (Mon-Fri) and one remote four-hour shift.
- On-site work includes occasional overtime for vacation coverage.
- Remote weekend coverage may be required from time to time.
Main Responsibilities
Monitor, assess, and report on potential threats affecting our global operations using proprietary and open-source information.Prepare clear, timely, and accurate communications regarding issues that may impact operations and business travelers.Engage in Crisis Management by overseeing critical assets and initiating responses during emergency situations.Maintain awareness of Executive Leadership travel and prepare relevant assessments.Create weekly threat assessments and intelligence reports to inform decision-making.Utilize the company’s mass notification platform, travel tracker, mapping system, and other Resilience Center tools proficiently.Conduct social media research and analysis in support of internal threat investigations.Triage and escalate inquiries to the appropriate internal departments.Provide comprehensive trip briefings for international travelers and address travel-related incidents promptly.Leverage video management and access control systems for incident reviews and related tasks.Facilitate daily shift briefings and ensure seamless communication with the Resilience Center hub in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.Skills / Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree preferred, or 5 years of relevant experience in military, law enforcement, or corporate security.Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills are essential.Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams).Knowledge of data visualization and mapping platforms is advantageous.Experience with social media and open-source research techniques.Strong analytical skills and the ability to make quick decisions under pressure are vital.Commitment to our core values of Integrity, Teamwork, and Customer Focus is a must.Prior intelligence analysis experience is a plus.At Securitas, our mission is to protect homes, workplaces, and communities.
