Health and Safety Program Coordinator – Paid Weekly!
Location: Omaha, NE
Rate: $75000-$90000/year
The Global Health and Safety Program Coordinator is responsible for supporting the client's Health and Safety Team. This includes managing highly diversified projects to include initiating, planning and executing intermediate to large scale programs. Manage administrative records and associated databases.
What Your Day May Look Like:
- Maintenance and upkeep of dashboards and data flow, liaising with Data Manager (PMO)
- Coordinating and ensuring timely review of documentation e.g. RAs
- Coordinating audit dates and completion of reporting and upload into third-party compliance software.
- Maintenance of Event Schedule and relationship with Global Event Security Team to understand event program for the year ahead
- Maintenance of HS Action Tracker and driving of action close out
- Track & drive meeting notes & action items
- Assist and support the Global Health and Safety Team with day to day operations
- Update and manage team trackers, and calendars
- Develop PowerPoints presentations for team while upholding client brand standards
- Maintain Org charts
- Track training and maintain records.

Minimum Hiring Standards:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must have a reliable means of communication.
- Must have a reliable means of transportation.
- Must have the legal right to work.
- Must have the ability to speak, read, and write English.
- Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
Education/Experience: The following are the minimum qualifications that an individual need in order to successfully perform the duties and responsibilities of this position. Please note that the minimum qualifications may be based upon the department size and/or geographic location.
- Experience with, and/or basic understanding of, Health and Safety programs
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Ergonomics assessments, documentation, & workstation set up
- Knowledge of HS regulation and standards is a plus.
- Delivery of training and experience with Learning Management Systems is a plus.
- 3 years in relevant field of service
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- Able to work independently and demonstrate a willingness to work with a diverse public.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and utilize sound judgment.
- Demonstrates strong leadership in the workplace.
- Strong knowledge of PC’s and Microsoft programs (Office Suite).
- Previous administrative experience desired.
- Excellent planning, organizing and project management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to analyze and develop innovative recommendations and solutions.
- Ability to assist in facilitating progressive change.
- Ability to interact effectively at all levels and across diverse cultures.
- Ability to be an effective team member.
