In this vital role, you will handle various HR administrative functions such as recruiting top talent, onboarding new associates, managing benefits, maintaining personnel records, and ensuring compliance with EEO / AA standards. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :
- Execute various human resources duties and responsibilities as needed for the organization.
- Accountable for delivering successful job performance while adhering to safety practices and company policies.
- Prepare state / city board security applications daily; coordinate with supervisors and issue guard cards, while ensuring compliance.
- Assist with the end-to-end recruitment process, including screening, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new employees.
- Maintain accurate logs of applicants and manage documentation for personnel files.
- Process corporate affirmative action reports, tracking diversity metrics and reporting to management.
- Support payroll and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and consistency in records.
- Update and maintain confidential personnel files, ensuring all actions are documented and compliant with policies.
- Compile data from personnel records for reporting purposes using computers and other tools.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
