SUMMARY :
The ideal candidate shall be a highly trained datacenter security technician with a minimum of five (5) years’ experience in security integration. They shall have excellent written and oral communication skills, project supervision capabilities and interpersonal skills. The candidate shall have demonstrated experience in applying best practice to installations and servicing of integrated security systems. Reporting directly to the Securitas Technology Global Operations Team and working solely for this client, this candidate will work alongside other Securitas and Linked stakeholders to ensure a safe and secure environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- They must provide excellent communicative and interpersonal skills and instructional abilities.
- Oversee and certify all work done on the system and oversees and certifies all additional equipment and capabilities installed on the system.
- Work with counterparts in other parts of the company in a collaborative manner.
- Ensure that the relevant activities and services are planned and delivered to the specified client’s standards.
- To act in accordance with the Securitas values of Helpfulness, Integrity and Vigilance.
- Undertake other tasks as identified by their direct manager or appointed Linkedin Representative / s.
- To provide advice and guidance on security matters and to carry out all necessary administrative tasks’ ancillary to the above.
- Keep all assignment Instructions, handbooks and site documentation up to date.
- Report all incidents in compliance with client and company policy and procedures.
- Ensure all daily / weekly / monthly KPI’s / SLA’s are completed.
- Updating software, while ensuring GTS policy and procedures are followed.
- Serve as the administrator and maintenance technician. Must independently operate, inspect, diagnose, and perform minor repair for system problems and take immediate actions to resolve malfunctions.
- Maintain detailed knowledge of all hardware and software operating systems, and provide maintenance support on all systems, linked sensors, system configurations from front-end to end users.
- Provide technical diagnostic for escalation.
- Work with counterparts in other parts of the company in a collaborative manner.
