UNIFORMED SECURITY DIVISION SUPERVISOR
PRIMARY SHIFT: DAY-SHIFT (Monday thru Friday) Typical 8 hours shifts with some overtime. Must be available for occasional overtime and weekends as needed.
EXCELLENT PATROL OFFICER PAY RATES
$30.00 to $34.00 per/HR - DOE
DUTIES:
Working as a UNIFORMED SECURITY DIVISION SUPERVISOR, you will assist with managing the day to day on-site guard and patrol operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong supervisory background in the Security industry, with excellent written and verbal skills. Strong computer skills are also a must. Must have experience in training and employee oversight / supervision.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position works 40% in the field & approximately 60% in the Securitech office with operations related duties such as admin support / operations support / field operations. Candidate will work closely with our Director of Operations. This position involves guard division scheduling and on-call responsibilities.
EDUCATION, BACKGROUND AND SKILLS:
- Must posses a valid California driver's license with an excellent DMV record.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening.
- Excellent computer skills with Microsoft products Word, Excel and Outlook, scanning documents and other administrative duties.
- Must have a valid CA guard card
- High school diploma required.
- Graduate degree (College / University) highly desirable
