Job Summary:
Security 101 – Charlotte is recruiting for a Warehouse Coordinator. This position is responsible for maintaining a consistent workflow by performing multiple tasks such as: assembling multiple components, packing and distributing product, quality assurance, and operating light duty machinery. Will advocate and support the Corporate Win Strategy.
Salary and Benefits:
Hourly wage varies from $18.00 to $22.00, non-exempt, commensurate with skills, and experience. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision, prescription coverage, 401(k) match plan, paid holidays, PTO and more. We will provide, laptop and smartphone.
The Right Candidate:
- Physically able to stand, sit, move, squat, walk, and climb during the course of the shift.
- Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds or more.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail and monitors quality/quantity of inventory.
- Highly organized and able to store items efficiently.
- Able to work independently.
Responsibilities:
- Receiving and documenting inventory/materials for delivery or return.
- Keeping an inventory of all equipment/materials entering or exiting the warehouse.
- Identifying any missing, lost, or damaged inventory and immediately notify your supervisor.
- Ensuring that all the inventory/material is safely and securely packed and labeled for shipping.
- Managing all equipment/material with appropriate care.
Education:
- High School (or GED) minimum requirement
- Electronics training from a Technical School or Military training in electronics or communications (preferred)
