Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients from provided leads or databases.
- Introduce our products and services to potential customers, highlighting key benefits and features.
- Engage with prospects in a professional and courteous manner, building rapport and trust.
- Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and appointments in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for lead generation and appointment setting.
- Previous experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or appointment setting preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate product offerings persuasively.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Must have 5 years or more of experience in the field.
