Our Expectations:

As the Sales Manager, you will lead and manage a local team of sales representatives and drive revenue growth. You are expected to play a key role in building strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring that our customers receive the best security solutions tailored to their needs. Some examples of daily expectations:

  • Exemplify and enhance the Mission, Vision, and Values of Security Central.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed the company’s Sales goals.
  • Train, Hire, and Coach the sales team in order to achieve company goals.
  • Build and maintain a culture of trust, accountability, teamwork, performance, and fun.
  • Contribute to the company leadership team with ideas, questions, commitments, and results.
  • Exhibit an ownership mentality in leading your team.
  • Set the standards for your team by modeling great organization, follow-through, performance, and attitude.
  • Arrive at the office early and stay late as needed. 50-60 hours per week is normal.

Our Requirements:

Previous experience leading teams is required. Sales experience is beneficial. A track record of serving people and leading them to success is mandatory. In addition to those professional requirements, we only hire people with exemplary character, strong values, humble hearts, and sharp minds. If you don’t have those characteristics, don’t bother applying.

Our Benefits:

Security Central offers a competitive compensation plan with base salary bonuses. Expected first-year earnings range from $100K to $200K depending on experience and performance. We also offer company-subsidized health and dental insurance for employees including a contribution toward dependent coverage, a qualified retirement plan funded 100% by the company plus a 401k option, and a cafeteria plan for pre-tax payment of medical and child-care related expenses. We expect a lot from our employees, but in return, we provide a lot as well.
