Job Qualifications:
- A 3-year minimum of verifiable Security experience. Or show verifiable Military and/or Law Enforcement Service.
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Must possess an Alabama Pistol Permit.
- Must be able to pass a pistol qualification course.
- Must pass a behavioral assessment.
- Must pass a Criminal Background Check.
- Must pass drug screening.
- Must have a clean MVR. (Requirement for Driving Positions)
- Previous Security Team Leader/ Supervisor skills (minimum of 1 year) preferred.
- Be able to verify/explain all gaps in employment and not have been terminated from previous employment for other than honorable circumstances.
- Have a telephone or other reliable means of communication.
Job Description:
- Self-Motivated with strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Willingness to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
- Ability to work a flexible work schedule to support 24-hour operations including weekends (Saturday and Sunday), if needed.
- The ability to stand or walk for extended periods of time.
- Monitor access points, employing verification procedures to authenticate the identification and credentials of individuals entering or exiting premises, in support of a secure environment.
- Respond swiftly and effectively to alarms, emergencies, and other incidents, employing appropriate actions as identified in established procedures.
