Position Summary:
- This position requires excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, attention to detail, and a sense of responsibility. Ability to function smoothly in a professional corporate atmosphere is paramount. Additional training may be required.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supervise subordinate officers as to training, evaluation and corrective actions.
- Review read control violations and other disciplinary actions.
- Collaborate with Management regarding conflict resolution between officers and disciplinary actions.
- Confirm timely arrival of Security Officers at all posts.
- Perform post inspections to ensure Security Officers are professional in appearance and have all required equipment.
- Provide escorts to associates and visitors.
- Assist with answering alarms and provide them with lunch and restroom breaks when needed.
- Relieve Security Officers for restroom breaks, training assignments, and dinner breaks, as well as other such relief as needed.
- Assists FTOs in retraining Security Officers when necessary and record training in Resolver management software.
- End of day Post inspections of Security Post entrances to ensure computers and CCTV systems are closed out and intercom phones are forwarded to Control room and doors are secured.
Experience Qualifications:
- Three Years of Military, Law Enforcement, or Armed Security Experience; or 4 Years of Unarmed Security Experience
- Experience with workplace technology such as EXCEL, Outlook, Word, and security technology such as Resolver, Avigilon, Quantum SAFE, CCURE, etc.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work closely with client in a professional corporate atmosphere
- Experience with strong Access Control procedures
- Leadership skills like decision-making, motivation, and goal setting
- Strong problem-solving skills
Education Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required

- ASRB Armed License
- Background Investigation
