- Field Supervision Team (Field Training & Performance) Dispatch & Scheduling Center (Scheduling & Logistics)
- Supports building a strong and effective security team through field supervision and dispatching of qualified officers assigned to the area of responsibility.
- As needed or directed, the Operations Manager will: confirm post coverage, conduct uniform/knowledge inspections, liaise with client, log visits, address safety concerns, schedule training, and make recommendations for improvement to the client and/or chain of command and much more.
- Must maintain a valid Louisiana driver's license and maintain the company-issued vehicle when utilized.
- Must be able to hold responsibility with little supervision or oversight.
