Duties and Responsibilities
- Monitoring and controlling access at entrances and exits to prevent unauthorized entry.
- Ensuring orderly movement of attendees, preventing overcrowding, and managing crowd behavior.
- Using cameras and other equipment to monitor the venue for any suspicious activities.
- Being prepared to respond quickly and calmly to emergencies, such as medical incidents or security threats.
- Conduct regular patrols of the venue to detect and address potential security issues.
- Working with law enforcement and other emergency services to ensure a coordinated response to incidents.
- Always look professional in a clean and pressed uniform.
- Informs and ensures compliance of SEI and Clients policies, such as smoking, loitering, parking violations, etc.
- Must be customer service oriented, greeting attendees with a smile and making people feel welcome and safe.
