Job Requirements:
- Excellent computer skills. Knowledgeable in MS Word, and Excel, with the ability to learn programs quickly. You will be required to pass a skills test.
- Ability to work Weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Must read, write, and speak English.
- High degree of emotional self-control.
- Must be customer service oriented.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must have strong verbal, problem-solving, and follow-up skills; and the ability to coordinate and perform several tasks simultaneously.
- A highly organized and detail-oriented professional who can work independently.
- A strong and clear writer, able to prepare clear and appropriate correspondence and reports quickly and articulately.
- Must be a team player - works well with others; understands the role each person plays in the organization and seeks assistance when needed.
JOB SUMMARY: The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Responsible for helping make badges.
- Monitor facility access points, employing verification procedures to authenticate the identification and credentials of individuals entering or exiting premises, in support of a secure environment.
- Enforce security procedures in the relevant Security Post Instruction.
- Inputs information into automated resource system.
- Makes and logs and completes daily shift reports.
- Camera monitoring to ensure compliance and safety.
- Execute routine tasks with proficiency, such as securely locking and unlocking doors, activating, and deactivating security systems, and diligently monitoring surveillance feeds for signs of potential threats or breaches.
- Respond promptly and effectively to alarms, emergencies, and other incidents, utilizing appropriate actions and established protocols.
- Always look professional in a clean and pressed uniform.
- Informs and ensures compliance of SEI and Clients policies, such as smoking, loitering, parking violations, etc.
