Description
The compliance analyst reviews consumer deposit and/or loan documentation to verify compliance with federal, state and internal policies, identifying and correcting errors and omissions whenever possible. Provides feedback to retail staff as well as associated departments to mitigate recurring errors. Monitors credit report transactions. Conducts additional annual and semi-annual monitoring per Compliance testing schedule.
Requirements
Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager preferred. Bi-lingual experience a plus.
