Here's What You'll Be Doing :
- Orchestrate Service Excellence : Develop, measure, and manage SLAs across all IS departments, ensuring exceptional end-to-end service delivery.
- Lead and Empower : Build, mentor, and inspire our Help Desk, Desktop Services, and Asset Management teams.
- Drive Customer Satisfaction : Identify and implement service improvements that skyrocket internal client satisfaction, forging strong and lasting relationships.
- Metric Mastery : Oversee the development and management of IS customer service metrics, providing actionable insights.
- Vendor Vigilance : Manage vendor and third-party SLAs, ensuring strict adherence to contractual agreements.
- Insightful Reporting : Deliver comprehensive monthly reports, including service level management, efficiency improvements, and customer satisfaction analysis.
- Proactive Problem Solving : Oversee daily service reviews, change management, root cause analysis, and problem management, ensuring swift resolution of issues.
