As the primary point of contact for all safety and security issues, the Fusion Security Specialist leverages a thorough understanding of the rules, policies, and procedures applicable to those on the client site. The Fusion Security Specialist reports directly to the Operations Manager.

Essential Job Functions:
- Handle shipping and receiving related materials and tasks such as preparing shipments, receiving shipments, storing and distributing materials, maintaining records, operating equipment such as a pallet jack or weight stations
- Conduct shift briefings to provide updates and assignments
- Assist with the development and revision of security processes, protocols, and systems
- Ensure personnel are provided with necessary equipment and ensure equipment accountability by maintaining diligent records of equipment inventory
- Perform other related duties as required
Minimum Qualifications and Requirements:
- Associate’s degree in criminal justice or business management or equivalent experience in military, law enforcement, or physical security
- Proficient in iOS, macOS, PC operating systems on stationary and mobile devices
- Must complete and maintain state Guard Certification as prescribed by presiding state law, as well as all client requested certifications; all documentation and fees are the responsibility of the employee unless otherwise noted
- Must be a dependable team player with business maturity and enthusiasm with the ability to deliver high level of customer service
- Have flexibility to work any shifts on any day of the week (Mon-Sun) and willingness to assist the team when needed
