General Statement of Job
The Travel Administrator Specialist is a position within the SIS Internal Services division, in the Travel Department. This individual will book travel for SIS employees, SIS executives, and occasionally special clients. The Travel Administrator Specialist will document all travel arrangements using Salesforce and the Google Suite of applications. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, exceptional organizational skills, be a multi-tasking expert, have a keen eye for detail, able to think outside the box, and must thrive in a fast-paced environment. This position reports to the Travel Manager and works in a team setting. Training is provided.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities
Essential Job Functions:
- Book corporate travel (airfare, cars, hotels, conference rooms, transportation, and limos) with accuracy and in compliance with
- Document all reservation details using Salesforce
- Communicate with corporate employees, vendors, and clients professionally and clearly on the phone and via email
- Maintain prompt and accurate communication via email with other members of the Travel Department using Gmail
- Must be comfortable using all tools in the Google Suite
- Provide concierge services to executives and VIP travelers
- Troubleshoot as required when problems occur for the traveler
- Assist with expense management and billing
Additional Duties:
- Assist with special event planning
- Provide time sensitive price quotes or options for specialized travel
- Maintain confidential travel documents for employees
- Performs other duties as required

Minimum Qualifications and Requirements:
- High level of attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot under pressure
- Must be computer literate and able to work with various software platforms
- Must thrive under pressure and be able to meet short deadlines
- Salesforce experience preferred, but not required
- Must have excellent attendance, a team player yet able to work independently, exhibits business maturity, and loves learning
- Some college preferred, but not required
