This position will be part of a development team working on a web-based platform that is being created completely in-house. The UX / UI Designer will help build a variety of applications for our software suite.
Job Responsibilities :
- Collaborate in a close-knit team of software developers and project / product managers
- Apply design thinking to deliver intuitive and innovative solutions
- Conduct methods-based research to identify needs / pain-points
- Create low-fidelity sketches and wireframes as well as high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes
- Perform usability testing and quickly iterate on alternative solutions
- Back up your design decisions with both qualitative and quantitative data
- Create pixel perfect developer-ready assets
- Leverage, maintain, and expand our existing design system
- Design for multiple platforms including desktop, tablet, and mobile
- Perform other duties as assigned
