Job Description : Security Utility Officer
Position Summary :
The Security Utility Officer is responsible for providing a safe and secure environment for our clients across various locations. This position requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and to respond to diverse security situations in a professional and effective manner. This is an on-call position, offering flexibility but requiring availability across all shifts.
Responsibilities :
- Patrolling : Conduct regular patrols of assigned properties on foot or by vehicle, ensuring thorough coverage and visibility.
- Access Control : Monitor and control access to buildings and restricted areas, verifying credentials and enforcing access policies.
- Incident Response : Respond promptly and efficiently to security incidents, including disturbances, suspicious activity, and emergencies, taking appropriate action to resolve situations.
- Reporting : Prepare detailed and accurate incident reports, logs, and other documentation as required, maintaining thorough records of all security-related activities.
- Customer Service : Provide excellent customer service to clients, visitors, and employees, addressing inquiries and concerns with professionalism and respect.
- Other Duties : Perform other related duties as assigned, contributing to the overall security and safety of the assigned properties.
