- Build applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites.
- Advertise job openings on company's careers page, social media, job boards and internally.
- Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions.
- Sourcing potential candidates from social media to include but not limited to ZipRecruiter, indeed, Craigslist, CareerBuilder, Glassdoor, LinkedIn, Handshake.
- Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events.
- Screen incoming resumes and application forms.
- Determine applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyze responses, verify references, and compare qualifications to job requirements.
- Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs.
- Assist to new hires and help them onboard (New Hire Orientation).
- Designing and implementing overall recruiting strategy.
- Consulting with managers to discover staff requirements and specific job objectives.
- Writing and posting job descriptions on career websites, newspapers and universities board.
- Visit schools and colleges for recruitment, then brief by email the operations team, GM, CEO.
