As we grow, we're looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to help ensure our projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with clients to gather information and provide regular project updates
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating project timelines
- Track project expenses and monitor budgets
- Ensure all project deadlines and milestones are met
- Collaborate with internal teams to support seamless project execution
- Maintain organized project documentation and accurate records
- Identify and resolve issues that arise during the project lifecycle
- Support documentation of process changes and operational improvements
- Create quality and fulfillment checklists for the installation team
- Conduct post-project reviews to evaluate performance and identify improvements
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience in project coordination or project management
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to multitask and manage shifting priorities
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
- Familiarity with project management tools or software (e.g., Fieldwire, Asana, MS Project)
- Experience in the security industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management or related field preferred, not required
