What You'll Do :
This position will primarily be responsible for following a strict procedure for answering phone calls from our policy holders and funeral homes, and some data entry on new life insurance claims. This is an entry level position with a Monday - Friday business hours schedule. We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, PTO, Employee Discounts, and more.
- Inbound & outbound calls from Funeral Homes, Policyholders and Beneficiaries
- Analyzing contracts for monetary discrepancies
- Processing life insurance claims
- Provide excellent customer service on phone and through email
- Other special projects as assigned
