Responsibilities :
Client Relationships :

Sales and Service :
Conduct sales presentations, both on-site and off-site, to promote merchandise and service options.Assist families in selecting burial plots, crypts, niches, or memorial gardens.Ensure all paperwork and documentation related to funeral and cemetery arrangements are accurate and compliant.Support and Coordination :
Conduct tours of cemetery locations and attend cemetery services and visitations.Coordinate with cemetery staff to ensure chosen locations meet family preferences.Administration and Compliance :
Complete necessary paperwork and ensure compliance with state and industry regulations.Maintain ethical standards and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.Communication and Teamwork :
Collaborate with colleagues to deliver outstanding service and support to families.Maintain positive communication with funeral homes, departments, and team members.Aftercare and Follow-up :
Schedule and conduct aftercare appointments to ensure client satisfaction and obtain referrals.Provide ongoing support to families before, during, and after funeral services.Training and Development :

Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or degree preferred.Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related fields preferred.Proven track record of achieving sales targets.Bi-lingual skills (especially fluent in Spanish) are advantageous.Must obtain both a resident producer insurance license (if not already possessed), as well as a Utah preneed sales agent license (if not already possessed.)Valid driver's license with a good driving record.Willing to work a rotating shift Monday-Saturday, 9a-5p.Compensation and Benefits :
Pay Range : $65,000 - $125,000 annually, dependent on experience and performance.
