Duties

- Handle clerical tasks such as filing, document preparation, and transcribing meeting notes.
- Serve as a personal assistant to executives by managing personal and offsite appointments and tasks as needed.
- Oversee office management duties including supply inventory management, equipment maintenance, and ensuring a clean work environment.
- Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
