We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant/Office Manager to support our executive teams objectives and ensure the smooth operation of our office and support team. Duties

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to executives, including managing calendars, scheduling, and making travel arrangements.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records for various projects and initiatives.
  • Assist in event planning and coordination for company meetings, conferences, and team-building activities.
  • Handle clerical tasks such as filing, document preparation, and transcribing meeting notes.
  • Serve as a personal assistant to executives by managing personal and offsite appointments and tasks as needed.
  • Oversee office management duties including supply inventory management, equipment maintenance, and ensuring a clean work environment.
  • Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve office processes and enhance overall productivity.

Skills

  • Proficient in data entry with strong attention to detail.
  • Experience in office management with a solid understanding of administrative procedures.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong proofreading skills to ensure high-quality documentation.
  • Familiarity with event planning processes and logistics.
  • Ability to transcribe notes accurately from meetings or discussions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.64 - $24.18 per hour
