- Serve as a medical or dental receptionist by greeting patients, managing patient records, and coordinating appointments.
- Utilize Google Suite for document creation, data entry, and communication with team members.
- Provide clerical support by performing tasks such as proofreading documents, preparing reports, and managing correspondence.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote productivity within the office environment.
- Support financial operations by assisting with QuickBooks for invoicing and expense tracking as needed.
- Act as a personal assistant to executives or managers by managing calendars and coordinating meetings.
Skills
- Proficiency in phone systems for effective communication.
- Strong office management skills with an emphasis on organization and efficiency.
- Experience as a medical or dental receptionist is highly desirable but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Drive) for document management and collaboration.
