What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Community Manager position at Security Properties Residential?
The Assistant Property Manager will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our apartment community. This includes collecting and posting rent payments, managing resident delinquencies, evictions, and legal notices. Additionally, you will perform pre-close and closeout accounting, complete financial reports, and audits, and alert maintenance to property needs.
As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our leasing and marketing teams to promote our properties and drive sales. You will also participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
