About the Job
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Property Manager to support the day-to-day operations of our apartment community.
- Collect and post rent payments
- Manage resident delinquencies, evictions, and legal notices
- Perform pre-close and closeout accounting
- Complete financial reports and audits
- Alert maintenance to property needs
- Process move-ins and move-outs
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year experience in property management and possess excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills. In addition to the above responsibilities, you will also be responsible for assisting with team training on leasing, marketing, and general office operations.
