We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Assistant Property Manager to join our team at Security Properties Residential.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year experience in property management and possess excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
In this role, you will assist with all day-to-day operations of the apartment community, including collecting and posting rent payments, managing resident delinquencies, evictions, and legal notices. You will also perform pre-close and closeout accounting, complete financial reports, audits, and property inspections. Additionally, you will alert maintenance to property needs and process move-ins and move-outs. Your leadership skills will play an important role in the property's success.
To be successful in this position, you should have strong organizational and time management skills, as well as the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate will be able to adapt quickly to changing priorities and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
