Great Opportunity
In this role, you will play a pivotal role in providing onsite support and facilitating day-to-day operations, primarily focusing on newly acquired properties and those undergoing Due Diligence. The Transition Manager is a dual-role position that includes but is not limited to onsite support for open administrative positions and Due Diligence. Additionally, the Transition Manager participates in Due Diligence audits and unit inspections. This role may require working on weekends and non-traditional holidays, as well as travel.

Desired Skills and Qualifications
- Team player that has at least three years of property management experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
